Bailey Gladish joined the Children’s TEAM family of providers in 2023 as a Clinical Fellow. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and holds a Master of Science in Communication Disorders from Arkansas State University (ASU). Honored with the True Grit Award at the 2023 ASU Medallion Ceremony, Bailey was recognized for her dedication to her professional field of study. Bailey completed her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from ASU. 

She has worked in pediatric settings since 2019. Having grown up with many siblings, Bailey notes that she always knew she wanted to pursue a career working with children. As a pediataric speech-language pathologist, Bailey appreciates opportunities to be in touch with what she refers to as her ‘inner child’ when she is playful during sessions

Bailey credits her faith with offering a sense of purpose and direction that guides her work and life. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. With an adventuresome spirit, Bailey likes to try new hobbies and explore new areas. She also likes reading, practicing yoga, and going on walks.
