They really seem to connect with my kids too and often get hugs and even tears when kids have graduated out for a time. We really feel like part of the TEAM. We won’t go anywhere else for our therapies! The waiting room is comfortable, they know us all by first name, and we’ve never had any issues as far as billing. They are truly knowledgeable and strive to problem solve and give the best treatment! I also need to mention the office staff/administration there. I cannot say enough how professional they are and always on top of things. Recently my daughter’s Tefra secondary insurance went inactive and I would have NEVER known had they not called and left me vm. I ended up calling and spent hours on the phone to correct the mistake with DHS/Tefra and I only had a few days left to correct it bc having to totally reapply! That would have been devastating to my daughter’s PT treatments and much needed upcoming procedures scheduled. I am so grateful for Team’s communication efforts…if they hadn’t been prompt then that would have greatly affected my child (& my family financially)! And nobody else would have notified me! One male in particular is racing a child it sounds like? Not sure because I’m trying to mind my own, while not at the same time. This child is having a BLAST. A complete blast, all while receiving proper services that he needs.
