We are hosting open interviews for prospective Front Office Receptionist Professionals for both full-time and part-time position openings.  

When: Tuesday, November 6th and Friday, November 9th 11:00am-1:30pm

Position Title: Family Support TEAM Front Office Receptionist

front office job postLocation and Hours: Fayetteville Clinic (Full-Time: 7:30am-3:30pm), Bentonville Clinic (Part-Time: 2pm-7pm)

The Right Fit: We are looking for qualified customer service professionals with a heart for others, diligent work ethic, and strong desire to serve children, families, and our community. 

Key Role: This opportunity involves serving as a warm, welcoming first point of contact for customers in a fast-paced medical office environment. As a key member of our Family Support TEAM, the Front Office Receptionist regularly interacts with children, parents, and therapists.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience working in a customer service or call center environment
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and computer skills

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Serves as a welcoming first point of contact for children, parents, and visitors
  • Checks in families upon arrival
  • Performs administrative, typing and clerical tasks
  • Answers telephone calls
  • Maintains security by following procedures, issuing visitor badges, and monitoring logbooks
  • Accepts patient payments
  • Manages opening and/or closing procedures
  • Promptly responds to company communications through email, etc.
  • Maintains a safe, clean, and organized reception area and clinic
  • Supports the needs of clinical professionals and fellow administrative TEAM members
  • Works with team members to gather documentation for patient processing
  • Ensures prompt follow-up to inquiries, phone and electronic
  • Scans and uploads documents and notifies departments
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education requirement:

High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education credentials a plus)
