Hannah Rye, M.S., CCC-SLP
Pediatric and Adolescent Speech-Language PathologistHannah Rye initially joined Children’s Therapy TEAM for her Clinical Fellowship in 2022 before earning her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) in 2023.
Hannah earned a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University in 2021. During her undergraduate studies of communication disorders at the University of Arkansas, she served as a peer mentor in the Empower Program. This entailed meeting weekly with a student with a cognitive disability to support academic, social, and daily life skills.
Hannah prides herself on her ability to conduct engaging and creative speech therapy sessions. She values the use of a flexible and adapting approach to educate families on what they can do at home to improve the productivity of treatment.
Hannah recently started training to become a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) in 2023. She has a passion for teaching children with dyslexia to read and spell. Hannah travels to Shiloh Christian School to see children for reading therapy. She plans to receive her CALT certification by Spring 2025!
When not at work, Hannah enjoys working out and spending time with her friends and fiance. Fun fact: she is getting married in September of this year! She loves to read and attends regular monthly book club meetings.
