Cindy Watson serves as Chief Experience Officer at Children's TEAM and has served as a pediatric speech-language pathologist for over 25 years. She considers helping kids communicate to be one of her greatest passions in life. One of her many roles at Children’s Therapy TEAM is offering family support and ensuring that each family has an excellent experience.

In addition to her work with the Children's TEAM family of providers, she also serves as an instructor at the University of Arkansas with the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. She is an active member of the Arkansas Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Cindy holds a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma (1995). She is a past Parent Adviser for the Arkansas School for the Deaf (2002-2008). Cindy works diligently to sustain TEAM’s philanthropic outreach in Northwest Arkansas and internationally through her dedicated volunteerism with the TEAMworks non-profit.

Cindy is certified in Interactive Metronome, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Food Chaining, and Arkansas School of the Deaf Sky-Hi Trained.

Cindy enjoys spending time with her family. They are active members of Cross Church.
