The United States Senate is currently considering legislation that greatly impacts Medicaid funding.
We encourage families with children with special needs that access Medicaid funding for their services to be a voice for their child by calling Arkansas US Senators, Senator John Boozman (202-224-4843) and Senator Tom Cotton (202-224-2353).
A July 25th statement shared by Arkansas Advocates for Children, a bipartisan advocacy organization, noted “While several versions of the Senate bill have been proposed, every single one would have the same devastating impact and cause hundreds of thousands of Arkansans to lose health care coverage and cut billions of dollars in federal health care funding to our state.”
